Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fins, pumps, and repair kits are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
