Each inflatable paddle board comes as a complete kit including a high-pressure pump, adjustable aluminum paddle, coiled safety leash, removable fin, and a heavy-duty travel backpack.

How long does shipping take for oversized items?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your board leaves our warehouse.

Can I return my board if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a full refund.

What is the maximum weight capacity for your boards?

Our standard all-around boards support up to 330 lbs (150 kg), while our touring and multi-person models can support up to 450 lbs (205 kg).

Do you offer a warranty on paddle boards?

We provide a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship to ensure you can paddle with peace of mind.

How should I store my inflatable SUP during the off-season?

We recommend cleaning your board with fresh water, drying it completely, and storing it deflated in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan.
